November eine Veranstaltung organisiert. Dies bot die Gelegenheit, seinen Partnern zu danken, insbesondere ALIGRO f\u00fcr sein Engagement und seine Unterst\u00fctzung der Gastronomiebranche.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Verband Hotel &amp; Gastro <em>formation<\/em> Schweiz versammelte bei seiner Veranstaltung \u00ab\u00a0Road to Montreux &amp; Luzern\u00a0\u00bb am 18. November Kollegen, Partner und Sponsoren, um die aussergew\u00f6hnlichen gastronomischen Erfolge des Jahres 2022 zu feiern und all jenen zu danken, die sie m\u00f6glich gemacht haben.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich ist der Weg nach Montreux und Luzern mit Erfolgen gepflastert: Die beiden St\u00e4dte waren Austragungsorte eines Teils der WorldSkills 2022 \u2013 der Berufsweltmeisterschaft \u2013, welche Fachkr\u00e4ften die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten auf Weltniveau zu pr\u00e4sentieren. Dieses Jahr erreichte die Schweizerin Shania Colombo den dritten Platz in der Kategorie K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die SwissSkills haben vielen Berufsleuten die M\u00f6glichkeit geboten, sich durch ihre bemerkenswerten Talente auszuzeichnen. Der Walliser Marc Gay erhielt eine Goldmedaille in der Kategorie Service Restauration, sowie Julia Fuchs in der Kategorie Hauswirtschaft und Markus Schmid in der Kategorie K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Hotel &amp; Gastro <em>formation <\/em>Schweiz m\u00f6chte es nicht unterlassen, allen Sponsoren, Partnern, Wettbewerbsbegeisterten und Kolleginnen\/Kollegen zu danken.
