Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion d\u2019exprimer ses remerciements \u00e0 ses partenaires, notamment ALIGRO, pour leur engagement et leur soutien \u00e0 la branche de la gastronomie. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019association Hotel &amp; Gastro <em>formation<\/em> Suisse a r\u00e9uni coll\u00e8gues, partenaires et sponsors lors de son \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00ab\u00a0Road to Montreux &amp; Luzern\u00a0\u00bb le 18 novembre dernier pour f\u00eater les succ\u00e8s gastronomiques hors-normes de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 et remercier tous ceux qui les ont rendus possibles.<\/p>\n<p>La route menant \u00e0 Montreux et \u00e0 Lucerne est en effet pav\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s\u00a0: les villes ont accueilli une partie des WorldSkills 2022 \u2013 les championnats mondiaux des m\u00e9tiers \u2013, comp\u00e9tition qui donne l\u2019occasion aux professionnels de la branche de pr\u00e9senter l\u2019\u00e9tendue de leurs comp\u00e9tences au niveau mondial. Cette ann\u00e9e, la Suissesse Shania Colombo s\u2019est hiss\u00e9e \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place de la cat\u00e9gorie cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Les SwissSkills ont \u00e9galement permis \u00e0 des nombreux professionnels de se d\u00e9marquer par leur talent remarquable. Le Valaisan Marc Gay a re\u00e7u une m\u00e9daille d\u2019or dans la cat\u00e9gorie service restauration, de m\u00eame que Julia Fuchs pour la cat\u00e9gorie h\u00f4tellerie-intendance, ainsi que Markus Schmid dans la cat\u00e9gorie cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier tous les sponsors, les partenaires, les passionn\u00e9s de la comp\u00e9tition et les coll\u00e8gues. Sans leur soutien, il serait impossible d\u2019encourager ces extraordinaires ambassadeurs de notre branche et de les former \u00e0 l\u2019excellence \u00bb s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 l\u2019association.<\/p>\n<p>ALIGRO a le plaisir de soutenir le domaine de la gastronomie depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, en particulier Hotel &amp;
