Le pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Professionnelle Service Restauration et la pr\u00e9sidente du jury de la comp\u00e9tition pr\u00e9sentent les atouts\u00a0du concours ainsi que les objectifs de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Partenaire de Hotel &amp; Gastro Union, ALIGRO a le plaisir de soutenir la branche de la restauration et souhaite une belle carri\u00e8re aux vainqueurs. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les valeurs de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Professionnelle Service Restauration (SPR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La SPR est l\u2019une des cinq soci\u00e9t\u00e9s professionnelles de l\u2019organisation Hotel &amp; Gastro Union et compte plus de 4&rsquo;500 membres. Elle r\u00e9unit les professionnels des secteurs de de la restauration, de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie, de la restauration de syst\u00e8me, de la restauration collective et du catering. Parmi ses nombreux objectifs, la promotion de la branche de la restauration, le soutien aux professionnels du m\u00e9tier et la formation des jeunes talents occupent une place centrale. Dans ce cadre, le Championnat suisse de Service repr\u00e9sente un excellent moyen pour les candidats d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, de rendre visible leur m\u00e9tier et de d\u00e9velopper leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tremplin professionnel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En plus de leur prix, les vainqueurs rev\u00eatent, une ann\u00e9e durant, le r\u00f4le d\u2019ambassadeurs de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Professionnelle, position leur permettant notamment de repr\u00e9senter leur branche dans de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements et de d\u00e9velopper leur r\u00e9seau. Les deux champions attendent avec impatience leur investiture : \u00ab\u00a0Cela va me permettre de grandir professionnellement. Je vais pouvoir repr\u00e9senter la branche de la restauration, acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et faire des rencontres professionnelles \u00bb se r\u00e9jouit Marc Gay.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Professionnelle Service restauration, Christoph Muggli, et la pr\u00e9sidente du jury de la comp\u00e9tition, Daniela Jaun, expliquent que le concours ouvre aux gagnants de nombreuses portes\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est un tremplin important. Ils deviendront connus, auront de nombreux rendez-vous, on parlera d\u2019eux dans les journaux et ils rencontreront des partenaires\u00a0\u00bb explique M. Muggli.<\/p>\n<p>Ces propos sont soulign\u00e9s par la pr\u00e9sidente du jury, qui a elle-m\u00eame \u0153uvr\u00e9 comme ambassadrice apr\u00e8s avoir remport\u00e9 le titre de championne en 2011\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Ils seront pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements et rencontreront \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de personnes du m\u00e9tier. Ce que j\u2019ai accompli aujourd\u2019hui, je n\u2019aurais pas pu le faire sans la participation au concours. Lorsqu\u2019on gagne, on ne le r\u00e9alise pas imm\u00e9diatement, mais il s\u2019agit d\u2019un tremplin tr\u00e8s important\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ils se disent \u00e9galement impressionn\u00e9s par le travail fourni par les participants, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse des mois de pr\u00e9paration ou de la performance elle-m\u00eame. Selon M. Muggli, le concours pr\u00e9pare les candidats \u00e0 la suite de leur carri\u00e8re \u2013 ou aux examens \u00e0 venir, pour ceux qui terminent leur formation \u2013 puisqu\u2019il leur permet d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d\u2019une comp\u00e9tition et d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress et la pression qui peuvent peser sur eux.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb38996&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>D\u00e9velopper le secteur de la restauration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, M. Muggli souhaiterait tout d\u2019abord \u00ab\u00a0donner un visage \u00e0 la profession\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: il voudrait donner davantage de visibilit\u00e9 aux vainqueurs, les accompagner dans leur parcours et mettre en \u00e9vidence les incidences positives d\u2019un tel concours dans la carri\u00e8re de ces derniers. Il souhaite \u00e9galement valoriser le m\u00e9tier aupr\u00e8s du grand public en faisant conna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rents aspects qui le composent. Ainsi, il esp\u00e8re motiver des jeunes \u00e0 se former dans la branche. Enfin, en tant que formateur, il voudrait amener les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences en visant l\u2019excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Marqu\u00e9 par un travail assidu et rempli d\u2019\u00e9motions, le concours a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s satisfaisant pour les deux organisateurs : \u00ab\u00a0Chaque participant s\u2019est vraiment donn\u00e9 \u00e0 fond. Peu importe qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or, d\u2019argent ou de bronze, ils ont tous \u00e9norm\u00e9ment donn\u00e9.
