St\u00e9phanie Zosso (23 ans), chef de partie au Sch\u00fcpb\u00e4rg-Beizli \u00e0 Sch\u00fcpfen, d\u00e9croche la seconde place, devant Andr\u00e9 Kneub\u00fchler (27 ans), sous-chef au restaurant Stucki by Tanja Grandits \u00e0 B\u00e2le, et Euloge Malonga (36 ans), chef adjoint au restaurant Ambiance du Wohnguet T\u00e4uffelen \u00e0 T\u00e4uffelen. Ces r\u00e9sultats ont une saveur particuli\u00e8re pour nous car les restaurants des trois premiers class\u00e9s sont tous clients d&rsquo;ALIGRO. Pour une fois, le plus grand et le plus important concours de cuisine de Suisse ne s&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en direct devant du public, mais &#8211; comme pour beaucoup d&rsquo;autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements, en raison des restrictions sanitaires &#8211; seulement \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle au Kursaal de Berne. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait toutefois diffus\u00e9 en direct sur internet et sur Blick TV.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Plat pour 12 personnes<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb3\/12&Prime;][vc_column_text]Sous les yeux d&rsquo;un jury de sp\u00e9cialistes renomm\u00e9s, Paul Cabay\u00e9 l&rsquo;a emport\u00e9 sur ses trois concurrents apr\u00e8s cinq heures et demie de travail. Les finalistes devaient pr\u00e9parer un plat de poisson et un plat de viande pour 12 personnes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb9\/12&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb26364&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Le plat de poisson, compos\u00e9 de saumon d&rsquo;\u00e9levage suisse, a d\u00fb \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 selon deux m\u00e9thodes de cuisson diff\u00e9rentes et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 4 heures et 15 minutes.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Le plat de viande, compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une couverture de sabot de b\u0153uf suisse et de queue de b\u0153uf suisse, apr\u00e8s 1 heure et 15 minutes. Au total, les finalistes ont donc dispos\u00e9 de 5 heures et 30 minutes, avec un commis pour les assister.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Pour le plat de poisson, trois garnitures v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes distinctes ont d\u00fb \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es. Pour le plat de viande, il s\u2019agissait de deux garnitures distinctes, dont l&rsquo;une devait \u00eatre v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne. Les cr\u00e9ations des participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9es par un jury renomm\u00e9 et par le jury d&rsquo;honneur, compos\u00e9 d\u2019Ivo Adam (directeur du Casino de Berne) et de Guy Savoy (Guy Savoy, Monnaie de Paris).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>St\u00e9phanie Zosso sans commis<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb7\/12&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb26365&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb5\/12&Prime;][vc_column_text]St\u00e9phanie Zosso a pris la deuxi\u00e8me place derri\u00e8re Paul Cabay\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019absence de son commis. En effet, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 positif \u00e0 la Covid-19 avant la comp\u00e9tition, il n\u2019a pas pu prendre part \u00e0 la finale. Dans ce cas, le r\u00e8glement du concours pr\u00e9voyait que St\u00e9phanie Zosso b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierait de 3 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour r\u00e9aliser elle-m\u00eame les t\u00e2ches de commis.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]En outre, le comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;organisation a attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la jeune femme de 23 ans un \u00ab\u00a0OK-Commis\u00a0\u00bb. Toutefois, cette personne n&rsquo;\u00e9tait autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aider que pour certaines t\u00e2ches, comme le service. Compte tenu de ce changement de derni\u00e8re minute et des circonstances, la deuxi\u00e8me place de St\u00e9phanie Zosso lors de la finale du \u00ab\u00a0Cuisinier d\u2019Or 2021\u00a0\u00bb est d&rsquo;autant plus impressionnante. Le prix du public lui a d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9. Ce prix va au candidat qui a re\u00e7u le plus de voix lors du vote en ligne.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Kneub\u00fchler en bronze<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Tom Walter a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu meilleur commis. Sa prestation en finale et la mani\u00e8re dont il a soutenu le candidat Andr\u00e9 Kneub\u00fchler \u00e9tait d&rsquo;une qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle et a particuli\u00e8rement attir\u00e9 l&rsquo;attention du jury.
